PREAMBLE
The order of products presented in the electronic catalogue of this Web site, is subordinated to acceptance by the purchaser and is worth acceptance without any reserve by this last, of the entirety of the general conditions of sale exposed hereafter. These general conditions of sale are binding on the purchaser without regard for particular clauses added by him - except express agreement of the salesman - and without regard for the advertising documents emitted by the holder of the Web site. The acceptance of the purchaser is materialized by his electronic signature, concretized by the “click of validation”. This step is equivalent for the purchaser recognizing that it with taken fully connaisance and that it approves the whole of the conditions indicated hereafter. Except in the cases limitativement envisaged by the present general conditions of sale, the purchase order signed electronically by the purchaser, by the means of the “click of validation”, is worth final order, and cannot be retracted. Under these conditions, we invite the customers who are connected on his electronic catalogue of remote sale to reading them attentively general conditions of sale hereafter, avanta to proceed to any effective order of products being reproduced on the catalogue.
Article 1: OBJECT
The present general conditions of sale aim at specifying the rights and obligations of the purchaser with regard to the market products in our electronic catalogue, within the framework of a system of remote sale. The contract drawn up in the event of effective order within the framework and according to conditions' aimed to the present general conditions of sale, raises of the regulation of the remote sale, such as it results in particular from the Code from consumption, as well as provisions pariculières noted hereafter.

Article 3: ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GOODS AND SERVICES OFFERED
The products offered in the electronic catalogue and whose remote sale is governed by the present general condition of sale have the following essential characteristics:
Article 4: DURATION OF THE OFFER
The offers of sale contained in the electronic catalogue, controls by the present general conditions of sale, valid for very are produced contained in this catalogue as long as this one remains in line or until exhaustion of stock.
Article 5 : PRICE
The price is indicated for each product appearing in the electronic catalogue. The price means all inclusive of tax, such as these taxes are fixed at the date of the acceptance of the offer by the purchaser under the conditions aimed to article 6 hereafter. The price guaranteed to the purchaser is that being reproduced on the electronic catalogue in the date of the purchase, which is materialized by the acceptance of the offer by the purchaser under the conditions aimed to article 6 hereafter. The price must be paid in integrality with the order. The salesman reserves the right to modify constantly the selling prices being reproduced on his electronic catalogue.
Article 6: ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER
The acceptance of the offer by the purchaser is concrétrisée by the validation, within the framework of the electronic catalogue, by a “click of validation”, totality of information which must be supplemented by the purchaser: Name, First name, Address delivery, E-mail. The order placed by the purchaser is the subject of a confirmation written by e-mail of the salesman. This confirmation contains: designation of the product, ordered quantity, price as well as the methods of delivery.
Article 7: PAYMENT
The purchaser must discharge by one of the means suggested on the site the integral payment of his order at the time of the sending of this one by mail. The purchaser guarantees to the salesman, during the validation of purchase order sound, which it is in regular situation with regard to the transmitter of the cheque.
Article 8: DELIVERY
The ordered product is delivered by a conveyor to the address being reproduced on the ordering of the purchaser. On the assumption that the purchaser misses during the delivery of the product ordered on the electronic catalogue, it falls on to him to approach the conveyor to organize a new delivery or to go to withdraw its order with the deposit. In the event of nonconformity of the product delivered compared to the indications appearing in the damage or purchase order related to the transport conditions noted at the time of the delivery, the salesman commits himself to cure or be refunding the purchaser it. A delivery period is indicated on site. This time is only indicative and the salesman cannot be held responsible in the event of going beyond for this time. In particular, the going beyond of this indicative time, in particular for reasons of cause beyond control such as strikes or bad weather preventing the deliveries, can give place to no cancellation of the order, with any reduction of the price paid by the purchaser and with any payment under dommanges-interests.
Article 9: GUARANTEES AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
The salesman engages, to exchange or to refund very produced damaged or not conforms to what is awaited. If the purchaser chooses an exchange, this one can pourter only on one product strictly identical to that initially ordered by the purchaser, except if the product concerned is not available any more to the date of the implementation of the guarantee contractual, either temporarily, or because of disappearance of the product of the electronic catalogue. In this case, a product similar to that initially delivered is offered with the purchaser, as soon as possible.
Article 10: PERSONAL INFORMATION
In the absence of opposition express of his share, the purchaser gives his assent to the use of the personal data collected under the terms of his order, under the file of customers of the salesman, like with the diffusion of these data to thirds, provided a contractual bond links the salesman with these thirds. In accordance with the law n°78-17 of relative January 6 with data processing, the files and freedoms, the purchaser constantly has a right of access and of correction.
Article 11: APPLICABLE LAW
This contract is subjected to the French law and in particular to the articles L. 121-16 with L. 121-20 of the Code of consumption.
Article 12: PAYMENT OF THE LITIGATIONS
In the event of litigation, the purchaser will address in priority to the salesman in order to agree on a friendly solution. The fact for the salesman of not prevailing itself of a failure of the one of the unspecified obligations to the load of the purchaser, controls by the present general conditions of sale, could not be interpreted as a renunciation for the future of the obligation in question, nor with the right for the purchaser to prevail itself later on of this failure.
